Privacy Policy

The xPlanner Tracking Services contains no data identifying a person directly, but it tracks and saves location data from persons registered satellite devices. A person may be identified if one knows his/hers current or previous position, the unique xPlanner code of his/hers route and then maps his own knowledge of the persons positions with the xPlanner positions. xPlanner itself has no such automatic cross-identification methods. It must be done by adding own knowledge.

The data is stored without any links to personal information. The only links are between stored data and the satellite devices. Satellite devices contains no data upon a person, only the device itself. The devices are off course linked to a person by the company who serves the devices, but xPlanner has no access to these data.

The xPlanner Tracking Services are only available to a limited selection of users.

The xPlanner Tools contains no data identifying a person/user. It does not track or saves any data. The data generated when using the converters, calculations, data, map tools or planner tools, is only sent to the server to be handled, calculated, looked-up, but is never saved or shared. The tools make no use of cookies or states except from trying to give the user the best view and access to the pages. No data, what so ever, is ever shared with anyone.

The xPlanner Tools are only registering page activity to give the site owner statistics upon the number of times functions or tools are used. No identifying data is stored.
